Question 1

Who can join Rewardlance?

Accepted Answer

Anyone aged 18 or over in a supported country can create a contributor account. You need a valid email address and must accept the terms and privacy policy.

Question 2

Is it free to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contributors never pay to join or to take part in tasks. Businesses pay for the campaigns they run.

Question 3

Why do I need to verify my email?

Accepted Answer

Verification protects your account and our businesses from fake sign-ups. Paid tasks and withdrawals unlock once your email is confirmed.

Question 4

What kind of tasks are available?

Accepted Answer

Website usability tests, market research surveys, app and product testing, bug reporting, data validation, content feedback and similar research activities.

Question 5

How long does a task take?

Accepted Answer

Each task shows an estimated time, usually between 3 and 30 minutes. You can filter the marketplace by time needed.

Question 6

What happens after I submit?

Accepted Answer

A reviewer checks your evidence against the instructions. Most submissions are reviewed within 48 hours. You'll get a notification and an email with the outcome.

Question 7

Why was my submission rejected?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers always give a reason, such as missing evidence or answers that don't match the task. If the task allows it, you can try again within the attempt limit.

Question 8

Can I do the same task more than once?

Accepted Answer

Each task sets a limit per person, usually once. This keeps results fair and representative.

Question 9

When is my reward added to my wallet?

Accepted Answer

Immediately after your submission is approved. Pending submissions show as pending rewards and can't be withdrawn yet.

Question 10

What is the minimum withdrawal?

Accepted Answer

The standard minimum is $20. The exact limits, fees and processing times are shown in your wallet before you confirm.

Question 11

Which payout methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer and PayPal are available, with more providers added by country over time.

Question 12

What if a payout fails?

Accepted Answer

The reserved amount is returned to your available balance automatically and you're notified. You can then request again with corrected details.

Question 13

Can I have more than one account?

Accepted Answer

No. One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared devices used to farm tasks and copied evidence lead to suspension.

Question 14

How do you protect my data?

Accepted Answer

Passwords are encrypted, sessions are secured, and businesses only ever see anonymized results. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Question 15

How do I delete my account data?

Accepted Answer

Go to Profile and choose Request data deletion. We remove your personal data, keeping only the financial records the law requires.
