Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

Rewardlance is operated by Rewardlance, Level 1, One Mayfair Place, Mayfair, London, W1J 8AJ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses our website and services, whether as a contributor or as a business.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and live in a supported country. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password secret and hold only one account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Tasks and evidence

Tasks are offered by verified businesses. You must follow the instructions, submit only your own original work and never use bots, scripts or copied material. We may approve, reject or ask for more information about any submission.

4. Rewards

Rewards are credited to your wallet only after a submission is approved. Your wallet is an accounting record of rewards earned and is not a bank account or a stored-value product. Pending rewards cannot be withdrawn. We may reverse rewards obtained through fraud or breach of these terms.

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches the minimum shown in your wallet. Fees, limits and processing times are displayed before you confirm. We may require identity verification and may hold or refuse payouts linked to suspected fraud.

6. Business accounts

Businesses must provide accurate company details, fund campaigns before launch (or have an approved credit arrangement) and only request lawful research, testing and feedback activities. Service fees are charged as stated on each invoice.

7. Prohibited activities

You may not create fake accounts, manipulate reviews or ratings on public platforms, buy or sell social media engagement, submit false evidence, harass others or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to use.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time; earned, approved balances above the minimum can be withdrawn subject to these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by third-party payment providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions can be sent to info@rewardlance.com or through our Contact page.
